This is guide to mana regeneration is written primarily for enchanters. The goal is to list mana regeneration items that are attainable without raiding. A lot of items can be obtained with a group or less through persistence. The data was compiled through personal experience and from threads on The Runes.

If you decide to buy mana regeneration items or the quest components, expect to pay up to 100k for a mana regeneration 1 item or its components. The price goes up the more mana regeneration an item has. Prices vary from server to server.

Some of the items will require you and/or your group to be higher level. When possible, I have included a link to a related mob or quest for research purposes.

Quests and Drops

Solstice Earring
Mana Regeneration: 1
Quest: Protection of the Cabbage (Earring)
This is a bread and butter item to most casters' mana regeneration gear. All nine gifts can be bought from the bazaar. Combined, they go for roughly 5k platinum. This is a bargain compared to the cost of most mana regeneration items.

Eye of the Owlbear Mother
Mana Regeneration: 1
Mob: Skriat`Chakku
Zone: Hollowshade Moor
Getting Eye of the Owlbear Mother requires patience. The owlbears have to overrun the Vah Shir fort for Skriat`Chakku to load.

Blessed Coldain Prayer Shawl
Mana Regeneration: 3
Quest: Burlap Prayer Shawl (Shawl No. 1)
This is worth the effort even though it requires raising all trade skills to approximately the 180 range. The shawl includes a 20% extension of the duration of beneficial spells. There are eight related quests. With the increase in player levels, the final step is feasible with one group.

The items for the quest can be bought in the bazaar.

Silken Augmenter's Bracelet
Mana Regeneration: 2
Quest: Silk Ornate Tranquility Armor
These are not lore. Players can have two of these babies. There is a level 55 requirement to be able to make them. The patterns can be bought in the bazaar or dropped in BoT and Tactics. They drop in other places as well, but those generally need raid access.

Grand Robe of the Oracle
Mana Regeneration: 4
Quest: Phylactery Will Get You Nowhere
The books for this quest are droppable and purchasable in the bazaar. A couple of them could require a raid if you want to get the drops instead of buying them. You must complete a Velious breastplate quest. The end result is part of this quest. Higher level enchanters can solo Kael to get a breastplate. Follow the directions on the Phylactery quest up to the point where Raotin Teawel gives you "Your promised reward."

With the raising of levels, he is now one grouppable. In addition, he can drop a piece for the Vex Thal key, a nice bonus for someone who comes to help you. Bribery helps sway people sometimes.

An Acidic Mass is the boss mob of the Ring of Slime event. He has a lot of hit points, be prepared for a long fight with respawn.

The Gem of Conquest is the third gem of the caster Marsinger quest. There are four quests. Some casters opt not to do the fourth quest because the worn effect is hit point regeneration.

Go to your home town's tribute master and tribute items to receive, and maintain, favors. Continued maintenance of favors requires a part of your schedule to involve farming, or creating, items for tribute. The mana regeneration favors have level requirements.
